Infographics for the Win

INFOGRAPHICS

I have used Piktochart - for Pokemon Go - but this was VERY basic.

BUT I was really interested to see the benefits and steps for this particular skill. I think it could be very interesting in putting data into this format on the annual calendar, board meetings, or even conferences. I love the idea of data being made visual from number - since I am a visual learner AND I imagine many other are visual learners.

What is it?

1. A visual image such as chart or diagram used to represent information or data
2. “A good infographic is worth a thousand word”

The video was inspirational as another method of sharing stories perhaps not only about the library program and stats, but about the fact that infographics could be “shared” as a story talking about the community.
